Started as a student in Journalism – Communication major, during my school days, I have always tried and actively participated in university’s activities, as well as looking for part-time jobs to accumulate experience.
From a fresh graduate, after many years of constantly learning and innovating, I am very honored to receive a PhD in Communication and help many businesses in the branding process. Being evaluated by partners and students as one of the prestigious media experts who have created a lot of value not only for businesses but also for younger generations of students, I am more motivated to develop my own media career.
I often share my working tips at Workshops in lecture halls to help students understand more about the role and importance of communication and how to communicate effectively.
Up to now, I have just held the position of Communication Specialist, Managing Director of Miss Universe Vietnam and Content Director of MT Pictures – DATVIETVAC, Program Producer Director of Cat Tien Sa Company, CMS Multimedia.
The successful programs that I am in charge of: Miss Universe Vietnam, Universal Dance, Who Will Become a Star, Love Song Singer, Loving Home... These programs have always been ranked in the top 2 ratings on television.
In 2022, I successfully signed a cooperation agreement with Korea's ViCo Mall e-commerce platform.
With the desire to train generations of outstanding and professional media students, I am working as a Communication lecturer at FPT, Kent, HUTECH Universities, University of Finance and Marketing, University of Culture...
LEARNING AND DEVELOPING PROCESS
From 2011 to 2014, Phuc continuously published passionate works such as: "House and land online" (2011), "Shopping together" (2011), "The script of the TV show "Love nest" (2014).
In 2019, I successfully completed the training program "CEO" of PACE Business School.
In October of 2019, I completed the Certificate of Pedagogical Training for University and College lecturers.
Especially in 2018, I and Vision Company successfully carried out a transformation journey, creating a phenomenon in the industry, all the clips reached over 4 million views, bringing great results. And many more achievements….

That year, when I struggled in the middle of my life about whether it was wise to choose a major with no guarantee to get a job after graduation, I was fortunate to have met Mr. Phan Vinh Phuc - who taught me what it means to seriously do what you want and to seriously pursue one's own dream.
During our learning years, he taught us everything from the basics, allowing us to apply lessons in reality with big projects facilitated by him such as Miss Star 2013 contest, business promotion videos for Johnson Vietnam... Thanks to that practical knowledge, on graduation day, I was able to complete my thesis and present a presentation in a really convincing way to that year’s grading committee.
With much ambition, knowledge and experience from university and especially from Mr. Phuc, I was confident and brave enough to join a media company that has stood for 10 years in the profession at that time, even though it was a small position at first. After 5 years with all my efforts, I had gone up from the position of field secretary and became an assistant to the General Director and then my boss - the second teacher of my life gave me the full authority to join and develop many company's big projects such as movies, big and small shows throughout 2018...
During my 5 years of working, I feel really lucky to have my first teacher motivated me to pursue my career with the quote "Follow your passion - Success will follow you", and the second one taught me how to be able to stand firm in this field and to achieve certain achievements day by day. Always treating everyone and handling work with sincerity and there will be times when "Advanced wisdom, that is sincerity".
I hope that young people, no matter what profession they choose to study in, will have the determination to pursue their dreams and ambitions, even though there are times when it's difficult to the point of wanting to give up. But if you give up easily, success will be hard to come by.
